Contest Period: Ongoing

Eligibility Requirements: Contest is open to legal Nevada residents, with the exception of employees, officers, and directors of Americom Broadcasting, Reno Radio Representatives, other employees of the media, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, any and all other companies associated with this contest, and the members of the immediate families, households or significant others of any of the above.

How to Enter: Be the ninth caller at (775) 893-1234 when instructed on Z 93-7. (KWNZ-FM 93.7). Or follow on air instructions.

Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value: Varies.

Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, contestant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation. KWNZ reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final in all matters relating to this promotion. If winner is found in violation of these rules he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade worldwide without limitation or further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prizes, winners agree to hold sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, the promotion administrator and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in the promotion or in any prize-related activities, and assume all liability therefore. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prizes.

Scott Comm, and Reno Radio Representatives, are not responsible for any errors in printing or force majeure which prevents the redemption of fulfillment of this contest, or for any entry form and or receipt which is misplaced by any party including contestants, contest administrators, or the U.S. Postal Service.

Scott Comm, and Reno Radio Representatives allow one winner per household every 18 months if prize value exceeds $1,500.00.

Scott Comm and Reno Radio Representatives reserve the right to cancel contest at anytime. Any and all rule changes will be announced, and written copies made available at our offices as soon as changes are made. Copies of all rules are available during regular business hours at our offices. These rules may be changed at anytime at the discretion of the station.
